Custom Order Terms and Conditions

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to fulfill your custom order.  Here's a few things you need to know about our process to keep your order on schedule and delivered timely.

We do not do embroidery in house (outsource).  All apparel and color print caps are digitally printed and pressed using the latest technology in the apparel industry, guaranteed to not crack or fade for 50+ proper washes. We use only the best quality DTF and screen printing materials.

Leather patches are not sewn to caps, we use a special adhesive to bond the patch to the cap.

Double and triple check your order.
Your order is considered finalized and started after your invoice is paid or approved.  (Unless payment terms discussed prior)

Revising your order after finalization:
If you're adding under $100 in merchandise on an apparel order, you'll be responsible for shipping charges from the items manufacturer to Batten Battle Apparel.  We print your entire order together-adding items may delay the delivery.

Apparel pieces cannot be removed from an order after finalization.  To keep costs down, each item is brought in from the product manufacturer as needed and unable to be returned.

Art & Logo Files
The quality of your files is reflected in your prints.  We only accept high quality PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, or SVG files.  If your art needs to be altered or converted from JPG there are additional fees of $30.  Our best judgment is used with printing, if you decide against our print suggestions, we may refuse service or offer absolutely no guarantee of print quality or colors.

You may request a digital mock-up of your order, but color tints, details and sizing may differ from the actual pieces.

It is your responsibility to review size and material charts per item.

Blank samples (1 size or color per item) may be available upon request for a $12 fee.

Cap Care:
All caps are to be hand washed in cold water and air dried only.  Use special care near any patches or printing.  

Apparel Care:
To extend the print life and minimize shrinkage of any apparel item, machine wash inside-out with cold water.  Do not bleach or wring dry.  Dry on low heat, tumble, or air dry. Iron the garment inside-out and with low heat.

Tax Obligation
If the buyer does not have proof of tax exemption or a resale sales tax permit, taxes will be charged on each invoice.
